At Sonder Home Care, our aim is to cater to your needs as best we can. Therefore, we carefully create affordable and individualised elderly care plans to ensure this. Each visit can include a variety of different services with a high level of companionship at the very center.
Your Personalised Carers
We match our carers to the client and have a specific team that will be responsible for looking after your loved one. This is so the carers and clients have the chance to build strong connections and allow for continuity of care when one carer is away or sick.
We have a range of care services to offer, allowing you to be properly looked after, whilst growing old in the dignity of your own home.
Our App
With our Birdie app, the family of the client can see all of the visit notes and check how the visit is going. This means that no matter where you are in the world, as long as you have an internet connection, you are able to check in on your loved one’s care.
